Depending on the features used, JACKTV may collect or process the following information:

We do not intentionally request Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, bank account details, payment-card details or passwords belonging to other services.

4.SaaS Platform and Publisher Content

JACKTV is provided as a Software-as-a-Service platform by Jackinfosoft LLP. Independent media organizations, agencies, publishers or clients may use the platform to upload, organize and publish their own content.

Such publishers are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide, and any personal information they independently collect, is lawful and appropriately disclosed to users.

5.Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell users’ personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

• Cloud hosting, storage and infrastructure providers.
• OTP, messaging and push-notification service providers.
• Analytics, crash-reporting and security service providers.
• Authorized publishers or administrators where required to operate their service.
• Government, judicial or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
• A successor organization in connection with a lawful merger, restructuring or transfer of business.

6.Advertising

JACKTV may display advertisements from Jackinfosoft LLP, participating publishers or third-party advertising providers. Advertising providers may process limited device, advertising, usage or network information under their own privacy terms and applicable consent requirements.

JACKTV does not sell personal information for advertising purposes.
